2. Products & Pricing Accuracy

All developmental toys, sensory kits, and playroom items displayed on TinyNest are described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to modify prices, product specifications, and availability at any time without prior notification.

• Currency: All prices listed on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Pricing Errors: In the event of a typographical pricing error, TinyNest reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.

3. Order Acceptance & Payment Processing

Your order represents an offer to purchase a product. Order confirmation is subject to product stock verification and payment authentication through Cashfree Payment Gateway.

Payments can be completed via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cashfree supported payment rails. Orders will be dispatched only after successful payment authorization (except for Cash on Delivery orders).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content, branding elements, high-resolution product photography, logos, graphics, visual designs, and copy on TinyNest are the exclusive intellectual property of Mohini Dedhia (TinyNest). Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited under Indian Copyright laws.

5. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with website usage or purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
