We partner with premier logistics aggregators and courier networks (including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and DTDC) to ensure safe and prompt delivery to your doorstep.
2. Order Dispatch & Processing Timeframe
All orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 24 to 48 business hours of successful order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted public holidays will be dispatched on the next working business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times depend on your delivery location and pincode serviceability:
- Mumbai & Maharashtra Metro Region: 2 to 4 business days.
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India & Special Pincodes: 5 to 7 business days.
4. Shipping Charges & Real-Time Tracking
- Free Shipping: Standard delivery is 100% FREE for all cart orders valued at ₹999 and above.
- Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal delivery fee of ₹49 applies to orders under ₹999.
- Live Tracking: As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated email and SMS notification containing your AWB tracking link.
