1. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch without any penalty. To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately at mumbai@tinynest.co.in or call +91 9321876946 with your order number. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return & Replacement Window

We accept return or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery for items that are received in damaged condition, defective, or incorrect condition. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email/invoice) must be provided.

Note: Perishable, hygiene-sensitive, or customized goods are non-refundable unless received damaged or defective.
