1. 7-Day Return & Replacement Eligibility
At TinyNest (Legal Entity: Mohini Dedhia), customer satisfaction and child safety are our highest priorities. We offer a 7-Day Return & Replacement Window from the date of package delivery.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must fulfill the following conditions:
- The toy or sensory kit is physically damaged, defective, or missing components upon receipt.
- The item received is different from what was ordered on tinynest.in.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all original tags, manuals, and protective boxes intact.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time prior to order dispatch. Once your order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner (Shiprocket), it cannot be cancelled directly in transit.
If you cancel your order prior to dispatch, a 100% full refund will be initiated immediately to your original payment method.
3. Refund Processing Timeline (5–7 Working Days)
Upon receiving your returned package at our Mumbai fulfillment center, our quality assurance team will inspect the item within 24 to 48 hours.

Once the returned item passes quality inspection, approved refunds will be processed via Cashfree Payment Gateway and credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Credit Card, or Debit Card) within 5 to 7 working days.
* Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customer care will request bank account details (IFSC & Account Number) or a UPI ID to initiate direct bank transfer within 5 to 7 working days.
4. How to Initiate a Return Request
To initiate a return or replacement, please reach out to our customer support team with your Order Number (e.g. TN-1004) and a photo/video of the damaged item:
